The world seems so peaceful
On a snowy moonlit night
Everything is calm
The stars are shining bright

I remember former days
When I was but a child
Playing in the snow
Would always make me smile

I remember drinking hot chocolate
And swelling up with pride
After building a snowman
And coming back inside

My childhood days are gone
But it’s still such a delight
To watch gentle flakes fall
On a snowy moonlit night
